Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may result in forfeiture of the full service fee.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide reasonable notice and work with you to reschedule at no additional cost or provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
